Explore and Learn with Our Fall Zoo Education Classes
early learners
Ages 3 - 5
Dive into the wonders of the animal kingdom with our exciting one-hour Zoo Education class. Each month, we’ll embark on a fun-filled journey through stories, crafts, songs, and up-close animal encounters, exploring different animals and their natural biomes.
Held in the Zoo Education building, our interactive sessions are designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for nature. Adults are required to stay and share in the adventure.

Class Dates:Â September 4th, October 2nd, November 6th, December 4th
Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Classes involve activities, crafts, and animal encounters. Admission to the zoo is included
Classes are limited to 15 participants (ages 3-5) and one adult per participant
*Additional Adults participation $15.00
Reminder: This is NOT a drop-off class! An adult is required to attend with the child. Registration pays for both an adult and child to attend the class
The cost is $125.00 per session for members and $105.00 for non-members

Ages 9 – 11
Join us for our engaging two-hour Zoo Education sessions, where we delve deep into the fascinating world of animals and their ecosystems. Each month, experience hands-on activities, thrilling adventures, conservation insights, and close-up animal encounters. Perfect for inquisitive minds, our classes offer a deeper understanding of zoology and natural biomes.
Held in the Zoo Education building, this is an amazing opportunity to explore, learn, and develop a passion for wildlife and conservation. Don’t miss out on this wild educational adventure!
Class Dates:Â September 19th, October 10th, November 14th, December 12th
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Classes involve games, crafts, a zoo tour, and an animal encounter. Admission to the zoo is included for the paid participant.
Classes are limited to 15 participants in each section.Â
Reminder: This is a drop-off class!Â
This program requires a minimum of 10 participants per session; if we cannot attain the minimum number of participants, the sessions will be canceled and refunded.
The cost is $130 for members and $150 for non-members.Â
