Pavilion Rental
From special occasions, anniversaries, and work outings to family reunions and celebrations, our outdoor pavilion is a unique location to make wild memories at the Zoo!

Pavilion rental includes
- A 2-hour outdoor pavilion rental during regular Zoo hours (this includes set up, breakdown, and clean up)
- 8 picnic tables (1 picnic table seats 6-8 guests)
Booking does not include Zoo admission. Admission is required for the pavilion.

Available times for reservation are regular Zoo hours (excludes Wild Event Weekends, Wild Days, Boo at the Zoo, and Christmas Celebration)

AÂ $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be due one week before your party.

- Group Rate Admission Tickets- $6.50/child and $8/Adult
- Train Tokens – $4 each
- Carousel Tokens – $3 each
- Giraffe feeding tokens (weather permitting) – $6 each
- 8-foot table – $5 each
Important Information
- $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be due one week before your event.
- Set-up, break down and clean-up must occur within the rental time that is paid for.
- The pavilion will seat 48-64 individuals at one time. (1 picnic table seats 6-8 people)
- Rental does not include admission into the Zoo.
- Admission is required for the pavilion.
- The facility will be cleaned and left in the same condition in which it was found. Compliance with all city, state, and federal laws is required. Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and gambling are not allowed in or around any park facility.
- The individual(s) renting the facility shall take all trash to the nearest provided garbage receptacle.
- No grills, balloons, glitter, confetti, glass, alcohol, personal pets (service animals excluded), plastic straws or piñatas will be allowed on grounds for animal safety.
- Sound levels must be kept to a minimum to not disturb others in or around the area. The use of amplified sound (voice and/or musical instruments) is permitted on a limited basis. The Zoo reserves the right to require individual(s) reserving the facility to reduce volume levels and/or eliminate all amplified sound that may be considered a nuisance to the adjacent areas.
- Admission Gates close at 4:00 PM.
