Have you ever fed a rhino? Discover the amazing world of conservation and how zoos save wildlife while meeting our 2,500 lb gentle giant, Macho, the Southern Black Rhino. Participants of this guided tour assist with a training demonstration and experience feeding a critically endangered animal.
Meet Edward, Congo, and the rest of the herd during this guided tour. You’ll spend one-on-one time with a giraffe keeper and visit the zoo’s giraffe barn where you will hand feed the animals.
Learn about and meet some of the zoo’s lizards, turtles, & snakes when you go behind the scenes at the Reptile House.
Up Close tours last about 30 minutes. Admission is not included, helping to support all the other amazing wildlife and attractions at the zoo.Plan Your Visit
